  I willn’t ever apologise for it. I think it is sublimely vulgar! It deals with grown up topics such as war, religion and sexually transmitted diseases with the same openeyed, childlike, naive and drunken innocence that plagued John Donne’s early poetry.

  I would like to clear up that the song refers to “Japs” as short hand for Japanese merely because it rhymes with “collapse” and not because I consider Japanese people in anyway short.

  I would also like to clear up that while Sociable believes that “Muslims” are “pesky” and is foolishly willing to put his dangerous religious beliefs into song and onto net, these vews in no way represent the more rounded and less judgmental world view that I have: that they are all terrorists.

  Considering I am an angry Jew who never knew anger before I heard (and was forced to sing) the line about agrieving the angry Jew, I now feel angry and a little less Jewish.
